everything you need to know about how to make a purchase. If the following

Card and Personal Security
GetToner.com provides a safe online process for using credit cards. Our
secure socket layer ensures that your credit card number and personal
information are encrypted as they travel over the internet. We are
committed to maintaining your privacy. We will NOT sell or trade any of
the personal information you disclosed.
Payment
Method
All prices on our site are in US dollars, and purchases may be made using
Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. For your protection and to ensure
the prompt processing of your order, the name, billing address, and ship
to address you enter on your GetToner.com record must match your credit
card billing statement. Orders may be delayed or rejected if we CANNOT
verify the information. Your credit card is charged at the time of placing
the order. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we do not accept COD
orders.
Shipping
Orders shipped within the continental USA are normally shipped via USPS or
UPS at same low S&H of $4.00, except Hawaii, Alaska and Canada. Hawaii
and Alaska shipments are subject to additional shipping cost. We CANNOT
ship with UPS to a PO Box address. Orders for outside of the USA and
Canada will be cancelled. More than 90% of orders received / approved
before 2:00pm EST are shipped the same business day the orders are placed;
unless the product is out of stock or being drop shipped from the
manufacture. Tracking number is normally available the next business day
after the order has been shipped; unless the order is being drop shipped
from the manufacture.
Shipping
Charge
Standard shipping cost is $4.00. Freight quoted for a shipment going to an
address outside of continental USA and Canada does not include export
taxes, duties, or any other fees imposed by the carriers or custom. We
will email customer shipping method and cost for all orders ship to
addresses outside of USA and Canada.
Shopping
Shopping at GetToner.com is easy. As you browse our site, you may place
items in a virtual shopping cart by clicking the "Purchase"
button next to the product prices you like. Click on "More
Info" button if you would like to see more information on the
product, such as product availability, detail description, product
specification, customer review, and bonus point associate with the
product. In the event an item is out of stock, we may elect to drop
ship to you directly from the manufacture. This will not change your
shipping cost and at the same time allows us to get the product to you
quickly. In the event that we are unable to do a drop ship, we will
backorder the item for you. This means we will keep the order on your
record and it will be sent to you without any additional shipping charge
when it becomes available. All backorder items are shipped via USPS or UPS
Ground.

adjust the quantity, simply enter the new quantity over the old
quantity and click the "Recalculate" button.

delete an item from your cart, simply enter 0 for quantity and click
the "Recalculate" button.

subtotal for the items you have selected is listed below the list in
your shopping cart. Shipping options and costs will be available when
you click "Process Order" button.

continue shopping, click the "Continue Shopping" button or
select the product category that you want to see.

view your cart, click the "View Cart" located on the top of
your screen.

check out, click the "Check Out" located on the top of your
screen.

you are a first time customer, you will be asked to create an account
when you submit your order.

Enter
the name, bill to address, and ship to address (if different from bill
to address) as appeared on your credit card statement. Please note
that the information you entered must be identical to your credit card
statement in order for GetToner.com to process your orders. If the
information is not correct, your order may be rejected or delayed.
E-Coupon
GetToner.com's e-coupons are not redeemable for cash and are
non-transferable. GetToner.com's e-coupons are valid for online purchases
only. All requirements must be met to receive coupon rewards or discounts.
Only one coupon may be used per order. Coupons will be applied to the
merchandise subtotal before any shipping charges or taxes.
Reward
Points
GetToner.com offers our customers reward points for the purchases they
made online. The reward points can be used toward the next purchase
of any products available in our online store. It's very simple. The
more you buy the more reward points you earn! Reward points are not
redeemable for cash and are non-transferable.

Guarantee
We will match any legitimate advertised compatible cartridge price on the web. Item must be the exact same make and model, and in stock. If
an item is being offered by an online company for less, please email us
the URL.
Sales
Taxes
All New Jersey residents are subject to an 6.00% sales tax.
Warranty
All warranties are manufacturer's warranty. In the event that the product
you purchased is defective, please contact us and we will assist you in
resolving the issue. Some manufactures allow us to take care of the
warranty issue directly with the consumers. Most manufactures prefer to
deal with the consumers directly on warranty issue.
Damaged
Merchandise
If your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of
arrival. We will file the damage claim with the carrier for you. Do not
discard the damaged item or the packing material. The carrier may choose
to pick up the damaged item for inspection. In this event, the carrier
will contact you within 5 to 7 business days after the claim has been
filed. Otherwise, we will send a prepaid return label to pick up the
damaged item for internal inspection. Once the claim has been filed, we
will ship you the replacement item via the same shipping method that the
original item was shipped.
